Joanna Angel, Xander Corvus Co-Wrote, Directed Big Budget Feature, the highest budget feature ever made by BurningAngel
“This is an award winning film before the awards even come out,”says Howard Levine with Exile Distribution. “Very few people in the business these days make original content like Joanna Angel. Hell, very few people make original content at all. Co-directed by Xander Corvis, this is a 5-star masterpiece that is as sexually charged as they come. This is a must have.”
The film marks the directing debut of performer - and BurningAngel favorite - Xander Corvus, who co-helmed the production alongside Angel. The pair conceptualized and wrote Cindy's moody story about a young woman (Leigh Raven) who discovers that her father (Corvus) is Satan, and she is the sole heir to the Kingdom of Hell. Cindy's choice: remain on Earth or become the next ruler of the Underworld. What's a girl to do?
"Having Joanna and Xander play my mom and dad was so appropriate because they realy helped coach me through everything," said Raven, about her Cindy role. "This was pretty much a dream movie for me and it will be hard to top."
Angel agrees: "When I first had the idea to make a satanic porn movie, I knew it wouldn't be possible without collaborating with the Devil himself… Xander Corvus," said Angel. "The music, camera work and editing truly look spectacular, and the sex scenes are just so hot!"
Angel's sharp direction behind the camera meshed precisely with Corvus' artistic vision on the film, and the five sex scenes that include an orgy, a DP and a threesome - are complemented by an exceptional cast, including Anna Bell Peaks, Nikki Hearts, Lily Lane, Sarah Jessie, Ophelia Rain, Small Hands, Tommy Pistol, Gage Sin, Owen Gray and Chad Alva.
"The fact that Joanna made it possible to direct my first movie with my friends at BurningAngel was amazing," said Corvus. "Plus Small Hands and I got to write an original song for the movie - Wake Up in Hell - and perform it in front of a crowd in the movie. Hail Satan!"
Cindy Queen of Hell is over two hours long and includes bonus scenes, photo galleries, animated menus, BurningAngel trailers and DVD extras.
