Guests included hip-hop duo City Girls, singer Ozuna, drag performer Violet Chachki, comedian Dee Nasty and "Real Housewives of New York City" star Leah McSweeney.

Many awards were given out based on site visitors, searches, and fan voting. Although Mary had been previously nominated for Splash Zone—Top Squirting Performer and Girl Who Likes Girls Top Lesbian Performer by the Pornhub Awards, the third was the charm. Mary won the coveted trophy for Viewer’s Choice Favorite Cam Performer thanks to her legion of fans consistently voting for her. Her win was also showcased with a Tweet from Pornhub.
