Bloomer Yang Snags Multiple 2023 AVN Awards Noms for Directing, Scenes & Comedy
(Hollywood, CA) With his work for Delphine Films, Taiwanese-born adult film director Bloomer Yang has been a standout in adult with scenes featuring great storytelling, passionate sex, and unique three-dimensional characters. And now, he’s received his first AVN Awards nominations for his directing portfolio, scenes, and stand-up comedy.
Last week, the AVN Awards announced their nominees for 2023, and Bloomer Yang was delighted to see have made the coveted list multiple times for his directing, scenes, and stand-up comedy. Bloomer’s crowing nomination was for Best Directing Portfolio – Narrative, and he was also part of Delphine Films getting a Best New Production Banner nod. Three of his scenes also received noms—“Three” starring Maya Woulfe, Codey Steele & Robby Echo was nommed for Best Three-Way Sex Scene – M/F/M, “Cooking Show” garnered the Mark Stone Award for Outstanding Comedy nom, and “Miss Santa Needs Some Sugar” featuring Madison Summers, Ana Foxxx, Alexia Anders, Donny Sins, Damon Dice, and Kyle Mason snagged a nom for Best Foursome/Orgy Scene. Although Bloomed is over the moon about his directorial nomination, he was also very happy for being nominated for his stand-up appearances as Oliver Wong and scoring a Mainstream Venture of the Year nomination.
