Vietnamese adult entertainment superstar will be making a special appearance at the grand opening of the Westminster Cloud 9 Sports Bar. On April 8th fans will be able to meet the popular performer for autographs, signed merchandise and photo ops. Dubbed ‘Little Saigon’ due to its concentrated population of Vietnamese-Americans, Cindy makes for the perfect star to open the Westminster location of Cloud 9.
