1. Aubrey Gold
In 2020, Aubrey was charged as an accessory to second-degree murder of a man found shot dead in a shallow grave. She received a plea deal for testifying against the two other defendants involved in the crime and was senteced to 10 years in prison.

Belive it or not Dakota was arrested in 2017 for slapping her boyfriend in the face after he asked her to leave his house because she wouldn't stop using the phone. She stayed in custody for a day and then released with instructions to not contact the victim again.
3. Ginger Lynn
In 1991, Ginger Lynn served a 4-months and 17 days in a Federal Prison for false tax return, which she claims was a sort of retaliation after she didn't cooperate with the FBI and prosecution against the adult producers in the scandalous Traci Lords case.
4. Janine Lindemulder
Between 2008 and 2009, Janine served a 6-month sentence in a Federal Prison for willfully failing to pay her taxes. Upon being released she engaged in a 3-year battle against her ex-husband over the custody of their daughter that end up unfavorably to her. She was twice arrested for harassing her ex-husband in 2011.

Lupe was arrrested in 2011 by US Immigration after Interpol issued a warrant on behalf Colombian authorities who wanted her for recruiting minors and falsifying documents to allow them appear in pornographic films. Ironically, just two years earlier Lupe's testimony saved a man from prison who was being wrongly tried for possessing child pornography.

Milano was arrested in 2009 at the NightMoves Awards for hitting a man with her shoe, yes you read it right. Approached by 3 men in the parking lot seeking for sign photos, she got scared after her refusal enraged them and confirmed the unusual attack to the police as a reaction when one of them got to close to her. She stayed in jail for a few hours and after that charges were dropped.

After posting footage of an orgy among three drunken teenagers and a group of men, Marsha was convicted of committing Statutory rape in 2014. She pleaded guilty to avoid jail and was sentence to 10 years probation.
10. Mercedes Carrera
Mercedes and her husband were arrested in 2019 and charged on sexual abuse of a minor, the child is Carrera's 10-year-old daughter from a previous relationship. She has been in jail for more than three years awaiting a trial that has already been postponed a dozen times.

12. Stormy Daniels
Stormy was arrested in 2018 for fondling patrons during her performance at a strip-club by four undecover cops. Charges were promptly dropped and afterwards it was shown that her arrest was politically motivated due to Daniels's lawsuits against president Trump. Each one of the four police officers suffered some kind of penalty and Stormy was compensated for moral damages.
13. Sunny Dae
Sunny Dae and her boyfriend were arrested and faced trial in 2012 for the brutal murder of a man who had previously hired her as a prostitute for a sexy party at his house. The victim was stabbed and had his skull smashed with a sledgehammer. Dae pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and was sentenced to 40 years reclusion in a Federal Prison.
14. Tori Black
You won't belive it but Tori Black and her fiancé were both arrested for domestic battery over their baby formula. The incident happened in 2012 at a hotel in Las Vegas where the couple were staying and their fight started when she came back drunk to the room and found him mad because she had left him without enough breast milk to feed the baby. Apparently the brawl became really physical after he called her an unfit mother.

In 2015, Tory Lane assaulted crew members and other passangers for about 45 minutes on a Delta flight coming from Atlanta to Los Angeles. Once the plane landed, the clearly intoxicated pornstar was taken by the Airport officers and then booked for public intoxication and resisting arrest.
