Lance Hart Snags Four Prestigious 2019 AVN Awards Nominations
(Las Vegas, NV) Prolific adult performer, director, and producer Lance Hart has snagged four prestigious 2019 AVN Awards nominations as a performer, as well as his scenes for major trans studios.

So, it’s no mystery why he’s been nominated by the 2019 AVN Awards for Niche Performer of the Year.
